Who is the beta for?+

The beta is open to Australian tax accounting firms and registered tax agents. Book a discovery call to discuss taking part.

Who from my firm should be involved?+

Involve as many people as possible, including admin staff, junior accountants who prepare returns, and senior accountants and partners who check them. Feedback from across your team helps us understand how Tony.Online fits into the whole workflow.

Is beta testing free?+

Yes. Taking part in the beta is free.

What does participation involve?+

The beta runs for 3–4 weeks and includes one onboarding session and two feedback sessions. You explore Tony.Online and share your experience with the team.

How much time should I allow?+

Allow 3–4 weeks for the beta, including one onboarding session and two feedback sessions. Discuss session lengths and time for testing on your discovery call.

What about client information?+

A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place to protect both parties. Your firm agrees to keep our technology confidential, and we agree to keep your client information confidential.

Does Tony.Online make the final decision?+

No. Tony.Online is a decision-support tool. You retain responsibility for the final determination and sign-off.
