How am I billed?
Per return analysed, on the labels actually filled in. No subscription, no seat licences. You're invoiced for what Tony.Online analyses, and nothing else.
What exactly is a “label”?
A label is a single field on the ATO return, an income item, a deduction, a schedule figure. We only count the financial labels that are filled in; identity, address and admin fields are never charged.
What if a return needs a re-analysis?
The first two re-analyses are free. Fix something, send it back, and Tony.Online re-checks it at no extra cost.
Is there a lock-in or minimum spend?
No. No contract, no monthly minimum, no seat licences. Use Tony.Online for a single return or a thousand.
How is this different from a subscription?
You never pay for time you don't use. There's no monthly fee sitting on your P&L, you pay per return, when you review it, and pass it through to the client.
Can I pass the cost to my client?
Yes, most firms do. Tony.Online's analysis is a small line item against your return fee, so it protects your margin rather than eating into it.
What does a whole group cost?
Whole-of-group jobs are priced in one go, every entity's labels are added into a single combined price.
Where is my client data stored?
All data is held on AWS servers in Australia, with zero data retention by the underlying AI providers. More on our security page.
